Johns Bridge

Johns Bridge photo. The night angle shot of the John's bridge - the small wood bridge to the Peter and Paul Fortress, the oldest bridge of St.Petersburg. The bridge was founded by Peter I in 1703. In the foreground is a wrought iron grate of Crownwork Embankment, decorated with the Greek ornament and awes on the top of the columns. The wooden trestleworks rise from the frozen water of Crownwork Strait
